These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pactwell.co (the "Website"), operated by RealWorks Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Pactwell", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About the Website

The Website provides information about Pactwell, on-premise legal AI software for in-house legal teams, and lets businesses request a demo. It is intended for business use by organisations and their representatives, not for consumers.

2. No legal advice

Pactwell does not provide legal advice or legal services. Nothing on the Website, and no output of Pactwell, is legal advice or creates a lawyer–client relationship. Outputs are intended to support the work of qualified legal professionals and should be reviewed before use. You should obtain advice from a qualified lawyer before acting on any legal matter.

3. No offer; separate agreement for the product

Descriptions of Pactwell on the Website, including features, coverage, security properties and roadmap items, are for general information and may change. They do not constitute an offer, warranty or commitment. Access to and use of Pactwell software, support and related services are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement between your organisation and us. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.

4. Intellectual property

The Website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, the Pactwell name and trademarks, and the underlying code — are owned by or licensed to RealWorks Teknoloji A.Ş. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Website and print or save pages for your own internal business evaluation of Pactwell. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any part of the Website without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Website, you agree not to:

• use it in any way that breaches applicable law or the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its hosting infrastructure or any related systems, or interfere with their operation or security;
• use automated means (such as bots or scrapers) to extract content from the Website at scale, or use its content to train or develop machine learning models;
• introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;
• send us false information, or content that is unlawful, infringing or confidential to a third party.

6. Your submissions

If you contact us or request a demo, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share it on behalf of your organisation. Please do not send confidential contract content through the Website or by email. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Website, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealWorks Teknoloji A.Ş. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

We may change the Website or these Terms at any time. The updated Terms take effect when published on this page, as shown by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Website after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute amicably. If that fails, the Istanbul (Caglayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive jurisdiction.
